Course overview
Helping people live fulfilling independent lives is the basis of this rewarding course, which is aimed at people with no experience of occupational therapy but who want to progress to degree level or employment in the field. You’ll develop in-depth knowledge about the various contexts, models and procedures involved in occupational therapy, and its vital role as part of the overall treatment and recovery process in health and social care. The full time course also includes a placement in children or adult services, helping you develop your practical skills and build your confidence.
